▌The Opportunity

Beginning in January 2024, the graduate program offers rotations in our Investments division and Global Client Group. During the 24-month program you will have the opportunity to work with some of the following departments:

Portfolio Management
Trading
Client Services and Sales
Operations

▌Qualifications and Requirements:

We welcome all degree disciplines - you will need to be fully degree qualified by the end of 2023. You must demonstrate excellent academic achievement.
Excel in extra-curricular activities, internships and work experience
Interest in financial markets and an understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail oriented, with the ability to think in a structured and analytical manner
Able to work equally well independently and in a team environment
Ability to absorb and apply information from formal and informal learning experiences
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new programs
