Ms. Yijia Chen, MD of Montessori Academy Greater China, and the supervision team accompanied her during the visit.   Zac老师是Maria Montessori 博士的第四代直系弟子，拥有近50年婴幼儿教育及蒙台梭利教学培训经验，现任澳蒙国际全球资深蒙特梭利导师。一直以来，Zac老师在中国校区的教师培训及教学督导中担任了十分重要的角色，此次督导访问深入宣贯蒙特梭利教育理念，为老师和家长们带来了丰富的教育资源和专业指导。 Ms. Zachar is the fourth-generation direct disciple of Dr. Maria Montessori and has nearly 50 years of experience in early childhood education and Montessori teaching and training. She currently serves as the senior Montessori mentor for MAG. Zac teacher has always played a crucial role in teacher training and teaching supervision at Montessori Academy's Chinese campuses. This supervisory visit further promoted the Montessori education philosophy and provided valuable educational resources and professional guidance to teachers and parents. 教学督导 Teaching Supervision Montessori Academy拥有一支资深的全球教学管理团队，她们拥有人均逾25年的蒙氏教学经验，负责为集团旗下的每一家校区、每一位老师带来系统化的培训及日常进园督导。 Montessori Academy boasts a senior global teaching management team, with each member having over 25 years of Montessori teaching experience. They are responsible for providing systematic training and daily supervision to every campus and teacher under the group.   此次Zac老师来华访问，在Montessori Academy中国境内各校区开展教学督导，深入教室对师生的日常教学活动细致地观察评估，不仅肯定了各校区运营及教学的亮点和特色，还与老师们开展面对面交流探讨，针对具体细节提出了宝贵的建议，在确保品质服务的同时持续提升各校区教学水平。 During her visit to China, Ms. Zachar conducted teaching supervision at each Montessori Academy campus in China. She closely observed and evaluated the daily teaching activities in classrooms, acknowledging the highlights and unique features of each campus's operation and teaching. Additionally, she engaged in face-to-face discussions with teachers, offering valuable suggestions on specific details. This standardized supervision not only ensured high-quality service but also continuously improved the teaching level of each campus.    拥有丰富教育经验的Zac老师还参与课堂教学，并与孩子们开展亲密互动，收获了许多孩子热情友好的回应。 Ms. Zachar, with her extensive educational experience, also participated in teaching, had intimate interactions with the children and received warm and friendly responses from many of them.     Zac老师对中国境内的各校区予以高度评价：“在参观了所有校区后，我特别激动和欣慰地看到你们实施并达到了澳蒙国际澳洲总部的卓越质量管理标准。” Ms. Zachar spoke highly of Chinese campuses: "Having visited all the campuses, I'm especially excited and gratified to see them implement and meet the quality management standards of excellence from the Australian headquarters." 教师培训 Staff Training 教师培训是此次Zac老师访华行程的重点环节之一。 Staff training is one of the key components of Ms. Zachar's visit to China.  Zac老师指出，老师要发展和幼儿积极且尊重的关系，保持自身干净、阳光的仪表，保持挺拔、开放的姿态；要注意眼神交流、积极倾听、选择性指令等与孩子的沟通方式；要与家庭和社区建立良好健康的协作关系，促进团队环境。 Ms. Zachar emphasized that teachers should cultivate a positive and respectful relationship with children, maintain a clean and bright appearance with an upright and open posture, and use communication methods such as eye contact, active listening, and open-ended questions. Moreover, she suggested that teachers establish collaborative relationships with families and communities to foster a supportive team environment.   培训过程中，Zac老师以冲泡奶粉、换尿不湿为例，介绍了澳蒙国际婴幼儿教育及照护实施的高标准，要求每位老师注重细节，保证孩子们的安全与健康。 During the training session, Ms. Zachar took examples of brewing milk powder and changing diapers to introduce the high standards of childcare implemented by MAG, requiring each teacher to pay attention to details and ensure the safety and health of children.   家长讲座 Parenting Lecture 为了更好地贯彻蒙氏教育理念，架起家校沟通的桥梁，Zac老师在每个校区都召开了以“那些您感兴趣的育儿奥秘，我们一起探享”为题的育儿讲座，吸引了众多家长的积极参与。 To better implement the Montessori education philosophy and bridge the gap between home and school, Ms. Zachar held parenting lectures titled "Everything you wish you knew about parenting... let's share our experience together" at each campus, attracting the active participation of many parents.  Zac老师向大家提出每位家长、每个孩子以及孩子的每个成长阶段都是不同的，并且分享了社交、情感、体能、语言、独立等各方面育儿奥秘。同时，Zac老师还鼓励家长们把反应设立在思想的基础上，做回应型家长，希望改变孩子要从改变自己开始。 Ms. Zachar pointed out that each child, each parent, and each minute, day, week, year, decade are different. She also shared various parenting insights regarding social, emotional, physical, language, and independence development. Besides, Ms. Zachar also encouraged parents to base their reaction on the thoughts, to become reactive adults and be the change they wish to see.    讲座现场，不少家长们积极提问互动，汲取了丰富的育儿知识，还增强了与校区和教师之间的沟通和协作，助力孩子更好地成长。 At the lecture, many parents actively participated by asking questions and interacting with Ms. Zachar.
